REAL ESTATE DONATIONS
CARS (Charitable Adult Rides & Services) has partnered with Susan G. Komen® to process real estate donations to support Komen's mission to end breast cancer forever. This program takes any property type (land, residential or commercial) in any location, so long as there is equity. Donations can be made even if there are back taxes owed, a mortgage balance, or deferred maintenance. This program will pay off loans, liens, commissions owed and closing costs.
If you have a real estate asset that is costing money or not being utilized, donating it is a great way to give back and possibly even claim a tax deduction.
